converters on the market. The MC1000 series has a stand alone kit
ideal for desktop use and is wall mountable as well. Also available
is a 19” rack
mountable chassis that holds as many as 16 individual units from
Lynn’s extensive
offering of media converters. Lynn’s MC1000 series include
several easy to read LEDs that detect link, transmit/receive, and
full/half duplex status.

The TX port auto detects full and half duplex and supports
auto-MDIX for uplink purpose.There are two pins on the DIP switch:
The pin on the left-hand side to let the fiber port auto detect full
and half duplex or be forced to full duplex mode. The pin on the right-hand
side to enable or disable the link-fault-pass-through function. |
